Are you looking for a chance to chat with other adoptive parents about family issues or concerns? Wondering how your experience and that of your children compares to other families? Need advice on finalization, or a place to look for medical, social or educational services? Just want a safe, supportive place to discuss adoptive parenting?
Help us revitalize our Parent Support Group. Our group provides an informal, relaxed setting for discussing all types of issues that you may be facing as an adoptive parent, and is open to everyone. Many have found it to be a great way to connect with parents and discuss resources.
The Parent Support Group currently meets for about a half hour before each Parent Network Meeting (described below). Since Parent Network Meetings start at various times, please check carefully!
Although you don’t need to let us know you’re coming, childcare is only available with pre-registration. To pre-register, please call Jennifer Mayotte at 763-585-0884 or e-mail her at info@fruamn.org. We look forward to meeting and talking with you!
